Job Description
We are looking for a confident and well-spoken professional to manage front-desk operations while actively supporting business development through cold calling. This role requires strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to create a positive first impression for clients, especially with cold calling skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Reception & Front Desk Management
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries
- Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate with internal teams
- Maintain a presentable reception area at all times
- Handle courier, documents, and basic administrative tasks
Cold Calling & Lead Generation
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce company services (Audit, Tax, IT, E-Invoicing)
- Generate and qualify leads, and schedule meetings for the Business Development team
- Maintain and update CRM with call outcomes and client details
- Follow up with potential clients via calls and emails
- Support marketing campaigns and database building activities
Requirements
- Candidate with 1–2 years of experience in reception and/or tele-calling roles
- Excellent communication skills.
- Confident, presentable, and customer-focused personality
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in professional services (Any tele-sales experience)
- Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
