Key Requirements:
**2+ years of customer service experience in a healthcare setting
**Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
**Strong communication and problem-solving skills
**Experience handling patient inquiries, appointments, and service requests
**Familiarity with healthcare systems and insurance processes is an advantage
