Customers Happiness Admin.

Deliver high-quality customer service across various communication channels by receiving and professionally handling inquiries and complaints, and by providing customers with accurate information in accordance with approved policies to enhance their satisfaction. The role encompasses managing and documenting customer requests, following up on them, and coordinating with relevant parties to ensure their efficient completion, in addition to contributing to administrative tasks such as preparing reports and organizing data. It also requires effective collaboration with the team, adherence to quality standards, and maintaining a positive approach in all interactions.

Minimum Qualification

High School Diploma or equivalent; Proficiency in Arabic and English.
