Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Dental Technician with a specialization in Ceramist work and Quality Control to join our dental laboratory team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in crafting esthetic ceramic restorations (such as crowns, bridges, and veneers) and will be responsible for ensuring that all dental prosthetics meet our high standards of function, fit, and aesthetics before delivery to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Ceramist Work:
Apply porcelain to metal, zirconia, and other substructures to fabricate crowns, bridges, veneers, and implant restorations.
Perform layering, staining, and glazing to achieve lifelike aesthetics and proper occlusion.
Analyze patient photographs and shade guides to ensure natural color matching and translucency.
Work closely with the design team and dentists to understand case requirements and provide custom solutions.
Quality Control:
Conduct final inspection of prosthetic work to ensure accuracy in margins, occlusion, fit, contour, contact points, and color.
Check restorations under microscopes and articulators to validate precision.
Document quality issues and collaborate with team members to implement corrective actions.
Ensure all work complies with dental lab protocols, industry standards, and client-specific preferences.
