Summary:
The Director of Finance is responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company, including financial planning and analysis, budget management, financial reporting, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Job Responsibility:
1. Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize the company’s financial performance.
2. Manage the budgeting process and ensure financial targets are met.
3. Prepare financial reports, including P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
4. Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to improve profitability.
5. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and requirements.
6. Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support.
7. Collaborate with senior management to make informed business decisions based on financial insights.

Candidate Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
2. Proven experience in a senior finance role, with a track record of financial management and strategic planning.
3. Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Leadership and team management capabilities.
6. Advanced proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
