We are looking for an experienced Director – Finance to provide strategic financial leadership across a diversified business portfolio. This is an opportunity to partner with senior executives, influence key business decisions, and help drive sustainable growth through financial excellence.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term business planning.
- Drive business performance through insightful financial analysis, KPI management, and profitability improvement initiatives.
- Optimize capital allocation, cash flow, and investment decisions.
- Strengthen financial governance, risk management, and compliance.
- Partner closely with senior business leaders to support strategic decision-making.
- Lead financial transformation initiatives, leveraging automation and digital solutions to improve efficiency.
- Build, mentor, and develop high-performing finance teams while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
We’re looking for someone who has
- 12+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
- Experience leading finance within a large, multi-business organization or retail/FMCG environment.
- Strong commercial finance and business partnering capabilities.
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance management.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence executive leadership.
- Experience driving finance transformation, process improvement, or automation initiatives.
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CFA, or MBA is highly preferred.
