We are looking for an experienced Director – Finance to provide strategic financial leadership across a diversified business portfolio. This is an opportunity to partner with senior executives, influence key business decisions, and help drive sustainable growth through financial excellence.

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term business planning.
  • Drive business performance through insightful financial analysis, KPI management, and profitability improvement initiatives.
  • Optimize capital allocation, cash flow, and investment decisions.
  • Strengthen financial governance, risk management, and compliance.
  • Partner closely with senior business leaders to support strategic decision-making.
  • Lead financial transformation initiatives, leveraging automation and digital solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Build, mentor, and develop high-performing finance teams while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

We’re looking for someone who has

  • 12+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
  • Experience leading finance within a large, multi-business organization or retail/FMCG environment.
  • Strong commercial finance and business partnering capabilities.
  • Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence executive leadership.
  • Experience driving finance transformation, process improvement, or automation initiatives.
  • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CFA, or MBA is highly preferred.
