Overview of the Role
Join our dynamic team at Al Futtaim Motors as a Key Account Manager in the  Lexus Fleet department in Dubai. This exciting role offers the opportunity to drive business growth by identifying and developing key fleet accounts. What You Will Do

  • Identify business opportunities by establishing contacts with fleet customer prospects and analyzing sales options.
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and recommending solutions.
  • Identify product improvements by staying current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Maintain accounts receivables within guidelines.
  •  

Required Skills to Be Successful

  • At least two years of experience in a fleet, business-to-business sales, or major account sales role.
  • Good understanding of the fleet and/or vehicle leasing business in the UAE.
  • Knowledge of or willingness to quickly learn about the Lexus product ranges and their benefits to corporate customers.
  • Highly numerate, good levels of client empathy, strong negotiation skills, and very persuasive.

About the Team
You will be working closely with the Corporate Sales Manager and other team members to achieve the department’s goals. The team is dedicated to providing excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.
