Job Responsibilities
- Manage the Chairman’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up correspondence.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, calls, and correspondence.
- Serve as a liaison between the Chairman and internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of information and reports.
- Arrange and coordinate the Chairman’s travel plans, including flights and accommodations.
- Plan and organize events, meetings, and conferences as required.
- Undertake special projects and assignments as delegated by the Chairman.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar executive-level support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), especially in managing and booking the Chairman’s calendar.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.
