Export Marketing | Premium Chocolate Brand | Dubai

We are seeking a creative, analytical, and internationally minded Export Marketing Manager to lead the marketing and brand-building strategy across global markets.

This role combines strategic planning, creative execution, and cultural adaptation — ensuring that the brand’s identity, campaigns, and activations resonate across diverse international audiences. The ideal candidate has experience in FMCG or food export marketing, understands market localization, and thrives at the intersection of storytelling and commercial strategy.Key Responsibilities:Global Marketing Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and execute the export marketing strategy in alignment with business growth goals and market priorities.
  • Adapt the brand’s global positioning, messaging, and visuals to fit regional cultures, languages, and consumer behavior.
  • Support the Head of Export and regional distributors with marketing materials, tools, and brand guidelines.
  • Lead annual marketing calendars for export markets — including launches, campaigns, and key seasonal moments.
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, logistics, and innovation teams to ensure marketing and commercial synergy.

Brand Development & Localization:

  • Ensure the brand remains consistent yet culturally adaptable across all export markets.
  • Oversee the localization of packaging, communication, and visuals for regional compliance and appeal.
  • Partner with distributors and local agencies to create customized marketing plans that reflect local market insights.
  • Maintain brand excellence in in-store visibility, trade materials, and digital assets.

Trade Marketing & Activations:

  • Plan and execute trade activations, in-store tastings, sampling campaigns, and display programs with international distributors.
  • Coordinate POS materials, merchandising displays, and promotional toolkits for export markets.
  • Support distributors during exhibitions, food fairs, and international trade shows, ensuring premium brand presentation.
  • Manage marketing budgets for export campaigns, ensuring optimal ROI.

Digital & Communication Strategy:

  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to expand brand visibility in export regions via localized online campaigns.
  • Manage co-branded initiatives, digital storytelling, and influencer partnerships with regional partners.
  • Ensure brand presence across digital, PR, and retail channels is consistent and impactful.
  • Monitor online brand performance, engagement, and sentiment in target markets.

Market Insights & Competitive Analysis:

  • Conduct market research and track competitor activities in export regions.
  • Analyze consumer insights, pricing trends, and category performance to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Prepare monthly export marketing reports highlighting key performance, best practices, and future recommendations.
  • Recommend new products, packaging, or marketing concepts tailored to specific market needs.

Collaboration & Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture strong partnerships with international distributors, retailers, and marketing agencies.
  • Conduct regular marketing reviews and training sessions with partners to maintain alignment.
  • Act as a key liaison between the brand’s headquarters and local markets.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or International Relations.
  • 5–8 years of experience in marketing within FMCG, food, or luxury consumer brands.
  • Proven experience managing international or export markets.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, cultural localization, and trade marketing.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Creative mindset with a solid grasp of marketing analytics and commercial impact.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic, French, or other languages are an advantage).
