Finance Business Partner (Clinics/Hospital)
 
Job Overview:

Finance Business Partner is responsible for providing financial information and in-depth analysis to Divisional Managers, helping them to have complete visibility of their financial and operational performance, identifying opportunities and risks and helping make more informed decisions to achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management & Reporting

• Perform financial forecasting and budgeting to support business planning and decision-making processes
• Prepare financial performance reports of actuals against budget & forecast.
• Prepare presentations for management and other stakeholders
• Identify and recommend strategies to improve financial performance and reduce costs
• Explore opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency
• Develop and maintain financial performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of business operations
• Identify financial risks and recommend strategies for risk mitigation to safeguard the company’s financial stability.

Financial Modelling

• Build complex financial models to simulate different scenarios and predict financial trends
• Prepare budget and forecast models based on cost and revenue drivers and KPIs.

Systems & Processes

• Be a key lead in identifying and implementing reporting and analytic system tools like Power BI, Tableau, Cloud Analytics etc.
• Improve manual processes by digitizing and automating routine tasks

Commercial and New Clinic Expansions

• Support the expansion team in new clinic openings, including preparation of business cases, updating forecasts, and setting up financial reporting for each clinic.
• Revenue Analysis of sales data to identify trends and opportunities for revenue growth.
• Margin analysis to identify potential erosion and implement corrective actions
• Analyze financial data for new investment opportunities

Team Collaboration

• Provide financial guidance and support to non-finance team members
• Act as a business partner to the relevant stakeholders

Qualification & Experience:

Experience in healthcare clinic industry is a must to have.

Bachelors or Degree in Accounting/Finance

UAE experience in same or similar position for at least 3 years within healthcare clinic industry.

Post Graduate qualifications like MBA, CPA / ACCA will be an added advantage.

Working experience of reporting and analytic tools like Power BI, Tableau or Cloud Analytics.
