Job Description

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Install, maintain, and repair high-precision food processing systems
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, providing fast and effective solutions
  • Deliver basic and advanced customer training on aseptic equipment and processes
  • Perform preventive maintenance and coordinate inspections with customer teams
  • Interpret technical drawings (mechanical, electrical, P&ID) to guide diagnostics and repairs
  • Create weekly service reports, including inspection findings and expense records
  • Recommend system upgrades or spare part needs based on on-site evaluations

What You’ll Bring

  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering (or equivalent technical background)
  • Proven experience with food processing or similar high-complexity equipment
  • Advanced mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings, wiring diagrams, and P&ID schematics
  • Strong communication and report-writing skills in English (other languages a plus)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and standard reporting tools
  • Availability to travel internationally up to 60%, with trips up to 6 weeks
