Job Description
What You’ll Be Doing
- Install, maintain, and repair high-precision food processing systems
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, providing fast and effective solutions
- Deliver basic and advanced customer training on aseptic equipment and processes
- Perform preventive maintenance and coordinate inspections with customer teams
- Interpret technical drawings (mechanical, electrical, P&ID) to guide diagnostics and repairs
- Create weekly service reports, including inspection findings and expense records
- Recommend system upgrades or spare part needs based on on-site evaluations
What You’ll Bring
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering (or equivalent technical background)
- Proven experience with food processing or similar high-complexity equipment
- Advanced mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings, wiring diagrams, and P&ID schematics
- Strong communication and report-writing skills in English (other languages a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and standard reporting tools
- Availability to travel internationally up to 60%, with trips up to 6 weeks
