Job Description

The Finance & Operations Assistant supports the finance and operations teams in ensuring smooth financial processes and efficient daily operations. This role involves a mix of financial duties such as consolidation, data entry, file management, PR process, coordination between team and other day-to-day operational tasks that contribute to the overall efficiency of the department

Responsibilities

  • Responding to all phone calls from Managers, internal and external parties.
  • Submission of Consolidated Income Report of Doctors, Beauticians and Dermatologists.
  • Prepare and submit financial reports as needed by the finance team or management.
  • Receiving invoices from Stores and Pharmacy and checking all invoices along with all the attachments.
  • Filing of all Invoices in specified folders
  • Support compliance and regulatory filings, including document preparation and deadline tracking.
  • Reconciliations of Petty Cash and coordinating the payment of petty expenses.
  • Processing PR with proper documentation in the ERP system.
  • Helping with documentation regarding CAPEX procurement.
  • Coordinating with external parties if required.
  • Assist in scheduling and organizing meetings, events, or training sessions within the department.
  • Participate in audits by preparing requested documentation and coordinating audit-related activities.
  • Supporting the manager as and when requested by her/him

Qualifications

Basic Finance\Accounting Degree

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
