𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant – Payable to join our finance team. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in Accounts Payable within the UAE, with a strong understanding of local VAT regulations and supplier management.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
> Process supplier invoices, payments, and reconciliations accurately and timely
> Ensure compliance with UAE VAT laws and internal accounting policies
> Manage vendor relationships and resolve any payment discrepancies
> Maintain accurate records of all payable transactions and aging reports
> Coordinate with internal departments for purchase orders and approvals
> Assist with monthly closing activities and audit requirements
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
> Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
> 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience in the UAE (mandatory)
> Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations
> Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems)
> Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
> Good communication and teamwork abilities
