KEY REQUIREMENTS
% CA Qualified (Mandatory)
%% 6-8 years of total accounting experience
a Minimum 1-2 years in Dubai real estate
brokerage (Mandatory)
% Strong working knowledge of Tally, Odoo, and
QuickBooks
% Excellent understanding of financial reporting,
VAT, and compliance
High attention to detail and strong analytical
skills
2 Ability to work independently and meet
deadlines
