To create compelling visual content that enhances employee experience and supports internal communications initiatives. This role contributes to a positive workplace culture by producing high-quality designs that reflect the company’s brand identity and values across various media and platforms.
The Primary Duties And Responsibilities Of This Role Are
- Develop and produce visual creative and printed materials for internal campaigns, events, and communications.
- Maintain and apply the company’s brand identity guidelines across all design outputs.
- Collaborate with HR, Marketing, and other departments to understand creative briefs and deliver effective design solutions.
- Manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
- Liaise with vendors to ensure accurate execution of production requirements.
- Support internal engagement initiatives through visual storytelling and multimedia content.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within hospitality, casino, or corporate communications.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across print and digital media.
