To create compelling visual content that enhances employee experience and supports internal communications initiatives. This role contributes to a positive workplace culture by producing high-quality designs that reflect the company’s brand identity and values across various media and platforms.

The Primary Duties And Responsibilities Of This Role Are

  • Develop and produce visual creative and printed materials for internal campaigns, events, and communications.
  • Maintain and apply the company’s brand identity guidelines across all design outputs.
  • Collaborate with HR, Marketing, and other departments to understand creative briefs and deliver effective design solutions.
  • Manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
  • Liaise with vendors to ensure accurate execution of production requirements.
  • Support internal engagement initiatives through visual storytelling and multimedia content.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within hospitality, casino, or corporate communications.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across print and digital media.
