Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Guest Relations Coordinator to join our award-winning Holiday & Short Term Rentals team.
We are looking for someone who is:

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a portfolio of up to 50 properties (area specific)
  • Coordinate any issues faced by the tenants on a daily basis
  • Coordinate check-ins and check-outs for the guests on a 24-hour basis
  • Schedule all housekeeping requirements
  • Facilitate any maintenance issues with our in-house maintenance team or 3rd party maintenance teams
  • Responsible to maintain a high level of occupancy all year round
  • Carrying out inventory checks after guests leave the property
  • Answer incoming leads via email, phone, and WhatsApp for listings
  • Responding to all enquiries on international platforms
  • Facilitate viewings with clients
  • Track, remind, and collect any due rental payments
  • Responsible to return clients’ security deposits
  • Record all bookings and clients’ information in our PMS system

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Driving license and car is a must
  • Experience in Dubai is essential
  • Experience and knowledge of the Dubai Real Estate market is preferred
  • Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills
  • Proven experience improving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication skills, with a high proficiency in English
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
