Job Opportunity
We are seeking a Guest Relations Coordinator to join our award-winning Holiday & Short Term Rentals team.
We are looking for someone who is:

Key Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of up to 50 properties (area specific)
- Coordinate any issues faced by the tenants on a daily basis
- Coordinate check-ins and check-outs for the guests on a 24-hour basis
- Schedule all housekeeping requirements
- Facilitate any maintenance issues with our in-house maintenance team or 3rd party maintenance teams
- Responsible to maintain a high level of occupancy all year round
- Carrying out inventory checks after guests leave the property
- Answer incoming leads via email, phone, and WhatsApp for listings
- Responding to all enquiries on international platforms
- Facilitate viewings with clients
- Track, remind, and collect any due rental payments
- Responsible to return clients’ security deposits
- Record all bookings and clients’ information in our PMS system
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
- Driving license and car is a must
- Experience in Dubai is essential
- Experience and knowledge of the Dubai Real Estate market is preferred
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills
- Proven experience improving customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication skills, with a high proficiency in English
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
