Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the KS3-KS5 Arabic A curriculum, ensuring strong alignment with IGCSE and IB frameworks.
- Foster student-centered learning, integrating modern teaching strategies.
- Oversee assessment design, data analysis, and reporting to enhance student outcomes.
- Lead and mentor the Arabic A teaching team, organizing professional development.
- Collaborate with school leadership, parents, and other departments.
- Manage resources effectively and advocate for Arabic language and culture within the school.
Candidate Requirements:
- B.Ed. or degree in Arabic Language with exceptional subject knowledge.
- A certified teaching qualification (desirable but not essential).
- Proven track record of outstanding teaching and leadership.
- Passion for maximizing student potential and contributing to curriculum enrichment.
