Higher Education Liaison Coordinator – Training & Development

Capital Health is seeking a motivated Higher Education Liaison Coordinator, with a clinical qualification to drive academic collaborations, support trainees, and promote Capital Health’s education profile across public, academic, and governmental platforms. This role will play a key part in strengthening partnerships with universities, overseeing student/trainee placements, and ensuring high standards of professional training aligned with the organization’s mission and values.

👩 ⚕️ Key Responsibilities

• Represent Capital Health at academic forums, exhibitions, conferences, and meetings.

• Build and manage partnerships with affiliated and non-affiliated universities and academic institutions.

• Coordinate student and trainee placements from government and educational training programs.

• Plan and oversee educational events, workshops, and awareness activities.

• Collaborate with the Ministry of Education and other regulatory bodies for approvals and compliance.

• Monitor and evaluate training outcomes to ensure quality and alignment with institutional goals.

• Support the Human Capital division in delivering education and development initiatives.

✅ Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science of nursing (Mandatory)

• Minimum 5 years of experience in academic liaison, higher education, or training coordination.

• Strong understanding of UAE higher education and healthcare training systems.

• Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills.

• Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.

• Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and event coordination.
