About The Opportunity

Operating in the fast-paced import-export and global supply chain sector across the UAE, we empower cross-border trade with agile, compliant, and people-first HR operations. Our HR team ensures seamless onboarding, payroll, compliance, and employee experience for a dynamic multicultural workforce—supporting business growth through operational excellence and talent enablement.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end employee onboarding, including documentation, orientation scheduling, and system setup across UAE labor compliance frameworks.
  • Administer payroll processing in alignment with UAE labor law, visa regulations, and company policies—collaborating with finance and external payroll vendors.
  • Maintain and update HR records (digital & physical), ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and audit readiness for MoHRE, ICP, and internal compliance.
  • Support HR operations including leave management, benefits administration, and attendance tracking using HRMS platforms like Bayan or Zain HR.
  • Assist with recruitment coordination—scheduling interviews, managing candidate pipelines, and preparing onboarding packs for new hires.
  • Act as liaison between employees, managers, and external agencies (Emirates ID, ICP, Tasheel) to resolve HR-related queries and ensure smooth service delivery.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • HRMS Platforms (Bayan, Zain HR, or similar)
  • UAE Labor Law Compliance
  • Payroll Processing (UAE context)
  • Employee Onboarding & Documentation
  • Emirates ID / ICP Procedures
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • HR Record Management
  • Visa & Work Permit Coordination

Preferred

  • Basic Arabic Language Proficiency
  • Experience with MoHRE portals
  • Knowledge of DIFC or ADGM HR frameworks (if applicable)
