We are hiring an HR Generalist to manage labour attendance, payroll, WPS, onboarding, and HR compliance for our construction workforce. Candidates must have UAE experience and must have worked in a construction/contracting company.
Responsibilities
• Manage daily labour attendance & site timesheets
• Prepare monthly payroll, overtime & WPS
• Coordinate with site teams for manpower updates
• Handle onboarding, contracts, visas & HR files
• Maintain leave, absence & disciplinary records
• Support labour recruitment & mobilization
• Prepare HR reports & manpower summaries
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law
Requirements
• 2–3 years UAE HR/Payroll experience
• Construction/Contracting company experience is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of WPS & UAE labour laws
• Good Excel skills & coordination ability
• Experience handling labour workforce operations
