Role Description The Human Resources Assistant at Viviana Properties will support day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding and offboarding, and coordinating training and development activities. Responsibilities include managing HR documentation, supporting benefits administration, updating HRIS data, and responding to employee inquiries in a timely and professional manner. The role also involves organizing HR-related meetings, helping implement HR policies and procedures, and contributing to employee engagement initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, requiring close collaboration with HR management and other departments to ensure smooth HR processes.
Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to support daily HR operations and policy implementation.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to manage employee data and maintain accurate records.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Benefits Administration to assist with employee benefits, enrollment, and related documentation.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Training to coordinate onboarding and support employee development programs.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools; prior experience in real estate or professional services is an advantage.
  • Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
