WE’RE HIRING | HR MANAGER – HEALTHCARE | DUBAI
Royal Phoenix Clinic is looking for an HR professional who can confidently manage HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, compliance, and healthcare regulatory requirements while supporting the organization’s continued growth.
A proactive HR professional who is people-focused, organized, solution-oriented, and confident in handling both HR and healthcare compliance matters.

Position: HR Manager
🔹 Key Requirements:
✅ Minimum 2 years of HR experience within the UAE healthcare sector
✅ Strong knowledge of DHA guidelines, healthcare licensing & regulatory requirements
✅ Good understanding of UAE Labour Law and HR compliance
✅ Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition
✅ Experience in employee relations, onboarding, performance management, leave management, and payroll coordination
✅ Strong HR administration and documentation skills
✅ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
✅ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment
