TALENT ACQUISITION & HR SPECIALIST – REAL ESTATE | DUBAI

TOP LUXURY PROPERTY is a Dubai-based real estate organization combining Master Brokerage and traditional brokerage operations, working across the full spectrum of the Dubai property market.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced and driven Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist to help us attract top real estate talent while supporting our HR operations. YOUR ROLE:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviews, selection, negotiation, and onboarding.
• Proactively identify, approach, and build a strong pipeline of high-performing Dubai real estate professionals.
• Engage with candidates daily and communicate our company’s opportunities, culture, earning potential, and career growth.
• Work with management to understand hiring requirements and create effective recruitment strategies.
• Use LinkedIn, Naukri, Instagram, and other premium recruitment platforms to source and attract talent.
• Create and optimize job advertisements and recruitment campaigns, with support from our in-house marketing team.
• Build and promote TLP’s employer brand and your own professional personal brand within the Dubai real estate industry.
• Manage employee onboarding, HR administration, employee records, and day-to-day HR-related matters.
• Support management in building a professional, performance-driven, and positive workplace culture.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Proven experience in HR and Talent Acquisition within Dubai Real Estate.
• Strong understanding of real estate recruitment and access to relevant talent networks.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, customer service, and sales skills.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Naukri, Instagram, and social media recruitment.
• Good understanding of HR administration and employee relations.
• Self-driven, organized, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Master’s degree preferred, but strong relevant experience will be considered.
• Fluency in English and Hindi is essential; additional languages are an advantage.
