Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, supporting daily HR operations, and ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies. This role requires hands-on experience in recruiting both white-collar and blue-collar employees, particularly within the construction industry.Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Lead high-volume recruitment for blue-collar positions such as laborers, drivers, technicians, operators, etc.
  • Recruit white-collar employees across various business functions, including engineering, administration, finance, and support departments.
  • Coordinate and maintain strong relationships with local and international manpower agencies for blue-collar recruitment.
  • Evaluate recruitment agencies, negotiate terms, and monitor recruitment timelines and candidate quality.
  • Coordinate visa documentation, mobilization, and onboarding of overseas hires.
  • Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, company policies, and internal HR procedures.
  • Assist in implementing HR initiatives, policies, and process improvements.
  • Prepare HR reports and recruitment updates for management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience in the UAE, preferably within the construction or contracting industry.
  • Proven experience recruiting both blue-collar and white-collar employees.
  • Strong experience working with manpower supply agencies and overseas recruitment partners.
  • Good understanding of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
  • Experience coordinating recruitment from overseas, including documentation and mobilization.
  • Strong interviewing, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and work in a fast-paced environment.
