Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, supporting daily HR operations, and ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies. This role requires hands-on experience in recruiting both white-collar and blue-collar employees, particularly within the construction industry.Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Lead high-volume recruitment for blue-collar positions such as laborers, drivers, technicians, operators, etc.
- Recruit white-collar employees across various business functions, including engineering, administration, finance, and support departments.
- Coordinate and maintain strong relationships with local and international manpower agencies for blue-collar recruitment.
- Evaluate recruitment agencies, negotiate terms, and monitor recruitment timelines and candidate quality.
- Coordinate visa documentation, mobilization, and onboarding of overseas hires.
- Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, company policies, and internal HR procedures.
- Assist in implementing HR initiatives, policies, and process improvements.
- Prepare HR reports and recruitment updates for management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience in the UAE, preferably within the construction or contracting industry.
- Proven experience recruiting both blue-collar and white-collar employees.
- Strong experience working with manpower supply agencies and overseas recruitment partners.
- Good understanding of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
- Experience coordinating recruitment from overseas, including documentation and mobilization.
- Strong interviewing, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and work in a fast-paced environment.
