Job Description

HR Officer -Arabic Speaker

Key Responsibilities

HR Administration

  • Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files.
  • Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, forms, and employee documentation.
  • Maintain and update HR databases and employee information.
  • Handle day-to-day employee HR inquiries.

Recruitment

  • Support the recruitment process from vacancy to hiring.
  • Screen CVs and shortlist candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Communicate with candidates and maintain recruitment records.

Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Coordinate new employee onboarding and induction.
  • Ensure completion of joining documentation.
  • Coordinate employee clearance and exit procedures.
  • Support exit interviews and maintain related records.

Attendance & Leave Management

  • Monitor attendance, working hours, lateness, absence, and overtime.
  • Maintain accurate leave records and employee leave balances.
  • Prepare attendance and leave reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company leave policies and UAE Labour Law.

Payroll Coordination

  • Coordinate payroll-related information with the Finance/Payroll team.
  • Provide updates on new joiners, resignations, salary changes, deductions, overtime, and unpaid leave.
  • Verify payroll data and supporting documentation.

Employee Relations

  • Handle employee inquiries and HR-related concerns professionally.
  • Support the HR Manager in employee relations and disciplinary matters.
  • Prepare relevant HR documentation when required.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information.

HR Compliance & Government Coordination

  • Ensure compliance with company HR policies and UAE Labour Law.
  • Support visa, work permit, medical insurance, and employee-related government procedures.
  • Coordinate with relevant external HR service providers when required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of HR experience; UAE experience is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR practices.
  • Experience with HRIS and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
