On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in spring 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.
About The Position
Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Manager – Front Services (Bell & Valet) to join the resort’s hotel Front Services team.
Responsibilities
The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:
- Lead and manage the bell and door teams to deliver exceptional guest service.
- Ensure timely and professional handling of guest luggage, transportation, and valet services.
- Supervise guest arrivals and departures, coordinating with front desk and concierge teams.
- Maintain a strong presence at the entrance and lobby to greet and assist guests.
- Train and mentor staff on service standards, safety procedures, and guest etiquette.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement service improvements.
- Manage staffing schedules, performance evaluations, and daily briefings.
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the entrance and bell desk areas.
- Ensure qualitative Forbes Five Star standards are met.
- Coordinate with security and transportation teams for VIP movements and special events.
- Uphold safety protocols and ensure proper handling of guest belongings.
About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in bell services or guest arrival operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in property management systems and Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Professional appearance and a guest-centric attitude.
- Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Standing for extended periods and handling of luggage or guest items.
- Prior experience and training with Forbes Travel Guide standards required.
