Role Overview

Are you passionate about precision and process? We’re seeking an Inventory Controller & Auditor to uphold the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of inventory records across our warehouse and store network. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence through systematic audits, ERP mastery, and SOP enforcement.

Inventory Auditing & Verification

• Conduct scheduled and surprise physical inventory audits
• Reconcile physical counts with MS Dynamics Finance & Operations ERP
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in inventory transactions
• Execute cycle counts, spot checks, and full audits

SOP Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure strict adherence to inventory SOPs
• Identify deviations and recommend corrective actions
• Maintain detailed audit trails for compliance and traceability
• Collaborate with teams to refine and update SOPs

ERP System Management

• Monitor inventory movements and audit trails via MS Dynamics ERP
• Generate and analyse reports to detect trends and anomalies
• Validate ERP entries and correct data inconsistencies
• Train staff on ERP inventory modules

Loss Prevention & Risk Mitigation

• Investigate shrinkage, damage, and misplacement incidents
• Recommend process improvements to reduce inventory loss
• Monitor high-risk zones and implement control measures

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with warehouse, store, and finance teams to resolve audit findings
• Provide training and feedback on inventory best practices
• Support external audits and financial reviews

What You Bring

Qualifications & Skills

• Proficiency in MS Dynamics Finance & Operations ERP
• Strong analytical and documentation skills
• Knowledge of inventory control principles and audit methodologies

Preferred Attributes

• Certification in Inventory Management or Internal Auditing (CIA, CPIM)
• Experience in multi-location retail or distribution environments
• Familiarity with warehouse automation and digital audit tools
