Key Account Manager | MAF LifeStyle | Beauty Operations

Role Summary

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing financial targets, and building strong relationships with customers to ensure business expansion and market penetration. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the beauty products market, distribution channels, and a proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team.

ROLE PROFILE

  • Drive and develop sales strategies and operational plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to high-value clients (in retail stores) key accounts (in distribution aligning solutions with their business objectives and challenges.
  • Manage the sales/ beauty team, set targets, monitor performance, and provide coaching and support to ensure goals are met.
  • Drive business performance and adjust strategies proactively to maximize opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize pricing, discounts, and promotional campaigns to improve margins.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand emerging needs and propose innovative solutions that strengthen account value.
  • Develop and implement customer acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Gather customer and accounts insights to influence product development, marketing campaigns, and service improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a relevant field.
  • 2 – 5 years’ experience in a similar role in Beauty or Retail.
  • Experince in Beauty Retail is a must.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Stronge command of English.
