Skills And Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Literacy Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of the American curriculum standards for literacy education at the high school level
- Ability to design and implement effective literacy programs tailored to individual student needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teachers, parents, and students
