Curriculum Delivery
Plan and teach structured Malayalam lessons covering grammar, composition, literature and oral expression
Introduce regional texts, poetry and cultural contexts to enrich learning
Use assessments—quizzes, projects and presentations—to track progress and guide improvement
Student Engagement & Language Development
Spark enthusiasm through discussions, role-plays, storytelling and debates
Differentiate instruction to support learners at varying proficiency levels
Organize and encourage participation in cultural events and language contests
Classroom Management & Inclusivity
Foster a respectful, well-ordered environment where every student feels valued
Employ group activities and peer collaboration to reinforce concepts
Adapt materials and teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs
Family Communication & Collaboration
Keep parents informed of academic progress and language milestones
Invite families to literacy exhibitions, readings and cultural celebrations
Professional Development & Compliance
Stay current on CBSE curriculum updates and innovative teaching strategies
Adhere to KHDA regulations and school policies

Qualifications & Requirements
Education
B.Ed. (mandatory)
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Malayalam, Education or a related field
Experience
2–3 years of Malayalam teaching experience at the middle-school level
Familiarity with the CBSE curriculum is preferred
Visa Status
Candidates holding a Spouse, Employment or their own visa will be prioritized
Skills & Attributes
