Parent Relationship Executive

Job Description

To support the Principal in developing a strong and active parent community as the central pillar of the schools culture. To ensure achievement of enrolment targets, provide high quality customer service to new and existing parents and promotion and marketing of the school to relevant stakeholders.

Work closely with the HOS to establish effective and globally relevant practices of teaching & learning. Implement the school’s vision for quality pupil centric teaching & learning at all levels in the school linked with the GEMS expectation of excellent education.  

Integrate GEMS core values into the planning and delivery of all curricular and co – curricular lessons and activities.  

Ensure the GEMS policies, procedures, and codes of conduct are followed at all times.

Exceptional time management skills 

Ability to multi-task and cope with peaks of demand 

Advanced user of Microsoft Office and able to utilise technology well to present facts to the management. 

Able to manage a diverse team’s performance and relationships. 

Analytical Thinking 

Able to build strong relationships with students andparents.  

Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations and school personnel.
