Manager, Content Creation | Emirati Talent
ROLE SUMMARY
Manager, Content Creation will create engaging, social-first content that elevates Majid Al Futtaim’s corporate brand, executive visibility, employer brand, and stakeholder engagement across digital channels. The role transforms business priorities, leadership narratives, campaigns, and cultural moments into compelling, audience-focused content, leveraging storytelling, creativity, and social trends while maintaining brand integrity and reputational excellence.
ROLE PROFILE
- Develop and publish engaging, social-first content across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube Shorts, and other relevant channels aligned with Corporate Communications priorities.
- Translate corporate announcements, leadership messages, campaigns, events, and culture stories into compelling platform-native content formats such as posts, reels, stories, carousels, and short-form videos.
- Drive executive visibility, employer branding, corporate reputation, and stakeholder engagement through creative storytelling and audience-focused content.
- Monitor social trends, audience behaviors, platform updates, and engagement insights to optimize content strategy, tone, timing, and creative execution.
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, communications teams, executives, and external agencies to deliver an integrated and high-quality content pipeline.
- Leverage AI-powered content tools for ideation, copywriting, editing, localization, testing, and optimization while ensuring brand integrity and human oversight.
- Analyze content performance, social listening insights, and engagement metrics to identify opportunities, drive continuous improvement, and maximize impact.
- Maintain content calendars, publishing schedules, approval workflows, version control, and channel governance to ensure consistent and effective digital communications.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Journalism, or a related discipline.
- 4–6 years of experience in social media content creation, digital storytelling, content marketing, corporate communications, or related fields.
- Strong expertise in platform-native content creation across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube Shorts, and other relevant social channels.
- Proven ability to create compelling short-form content, including posts, captions, reels, stories, carousels, and videos tailored to different audiences and platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, community engagement, content analytics, social listening, brand tone of voice, and digital publishing workflows.
- Experience using AI-assisted content tools for content ideation, editing, localization, and optimization, with the ability to maintain accuracy, brand governance, and reputational sensitivity.
