Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Content Creator and Instagram Influencer. The role involves planning and producing engaging photo, video, and written content showcasing properties, real estate services, and brand stories for Instagram and other social platforms. The content creator will manage the posting schedule, optimize captions and hashtags, interact with followers, and respond to messages and comments to grow community engagement. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to align content with campaigns, capturing on-site property visuals, and staying current with social media trends and platform best practices. The role also includes tracking performance metrics, reporting results, and suggesting creative ideas to improve reach and conversion.

Qualifications

• Strong content creation skills, including visual storytelling, basic photography/videography, and writing compelling captions.
• Hands-on experience managing Instagram accounts, including Reels, Stories, and feed posts, with an understanding of algorithms and audience engagement.
• Familiarity with social media and digital marketing concepts, such as branding, campaign execution, and analytics.
• Ability to plan and organize a content calendar, coordinate with internal teams, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and representing the brand as an influencer in a professional and approachable manner.
• Proficiency in basic photo and video editing tools or apps (e.g., Canva, Lightroom, mobile video editors) is highly beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages commonly used in Dubai is an advantage.
• Previous experience in real estate marketing or lifestyle content is a plus, as well as knowledge of the Dubai property market.
