Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with a strong background in the cosmetics or perfume industry to lead and execute marketing strategies across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will drive brand growth, increase customer engagement, and optimize campaign performance across UAE, KSA, Bahrain, and international markets.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to the beauty/fragrance market
• Plan and execute product launches, seasonal campaigns (e.g., Ramadan, Eid, National Day), and promotions
• Manage digital marketing channels (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, Email, SMS, WhatsApp campaigns)
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize for ROI, CAC, and conversion rates
• Oversee brand positioning, storytelling, and visual identity across all platforms
• Manage social media strategy, influencers, and content aligned with fragrance trends
• Coordinate with design, content, and development teams for campaign execution
• Monitor competitors and trends within the cosmetics and perfume industry
• Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively
• Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing with revenue targets

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 4–7 years of experience in marketing within cosmetics, beauty, or perfume industry (mandatory)
• Strong experience in digital marketing platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok Ads)
• Proven track record in launching and scaling beauty/fragrance products
• Knowledge of SEO, analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.), and CRM systems
• Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms is a plus
• Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
