Job Description
The Marketing Coordinator will support the end-to-end execution of marketing initiatives across GRID’s developments. The role demands strong coordination skills, creative sensibility, and comfort working in a fast-paced, launch-driven environment. The candidate will work closely with agencies, vendors, the project marketing lead, and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of campaigns, events, and operational tasks.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
1. Agency & Stakeholder Coordination
- Serve as the primary coordination point for creative, digital, media, event, and production agencies.
- Share briefs, feedback, reference materials, LPOs, and approvals in a timely manner.
- Track agency timelines, deliverables, and quality to ensure alignment with GRID’s brand expectations.
2. Project Marketing & Launch Support
- Assist the Project Marketing Lead in managing teasers and launches communications.
- Maintain trackers for marketing assets, approvals, timelines, and cross-team dependencies.
- Ensure smooth coordination across internal teams during major milestones and campaigns.
3. Purchase Requisition (PR) & Documentation
- Prepare, raise, and track Purchase Requisitions (PRs) for all marketing spends.
- Ensure LPOs are issued accurately and shared with agencies/vendors on time.
- Maintain documentation for invoices, contracts, vendor selection, and procurement compliance.
- Coordinate with Finance and Procurement for approvals and payment follow-ups.
4. Creative & Content Support
- Assist in creative development through inputs on copy, visual direction, references, and quality checks.
- Support basic creative tasks (Canva/Keynote/PPT) for internal presentations or social media when required.
- Ensure all creative outputs follow GRID’s brand guidelines and premium aesthetic.
5. Digital & Website Analytics
- Coordinate with digital agencies on performance marketing, SEO, and social media campaigns.
- Monitor and report on website performance (GA4), campaign metrics, and social media analytics.
- Track KPIs such as CPL, traffic sources, engagement, conversions, and marketing ROI.
6. Budget Tracking & Reporting
- Maintain budget trackers for ongoing projects and campaign spends.
- Ensure spends are updated, reconciled, and compliant with approved budgets.
- Assist the Project Marketing Lead with monthly dashboards and spend summaries.
7. Event Management Support
- Help plan and execute large launch events, broker gatherings, ceremonies, and internal brand events.
- Coordinate vendors, décor, logistics, invites, gifting, event branding, and onsite setup.
- Support operations and upkeep of the Sales Gallery during events and walkthroughs.

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social platforms, and website analytics (GA4).
