About Wynn Al Marjan Island:
On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in Spring 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.
About The Position
Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a F&B Marketing Manager to join the resort’s Advertising and Brand Marketing team.
Responsibilities
The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:
- Lead the execution of F&B marketing strategies across a multi-concept portfolio, driving significant growth in guest covers and total revenue through seasonal activations and “always-on” campaigns that consistently deliver high social engagement and brand awareness.
- Own the F&B marketing calendar, ensuring clear prioritization, pacing and alignment across the portfolio.
- Partner closely with revenue, sales and reservations teams to support cover targets, optimization and seasonal demand, proactively identifying performance gaps and developing initiatives to drive covers during low-demand and shoulder periods.
- Work in close collaboration with operational teams, including Chefs, Restaurant Managers and Bar teams, to ensure marketing plans are responsive to evolving business needs.
- Manage content planning and the coordination of creative asset production, including regular photo and video shoots, ensuring each concept is represented accurately and compellingly.
- Ensure all F&B marketing collateral and assets are accurate, current and consistently applied across digital and on-property touch points.
- Develop, brief and manage strategic partnerships and external agencies, evaluating performance to ensure consistent delivery against agreed objectives.
- Coordinate with the wider marketing team to ensure PR, social and digital activity is fully aligned within the overall F&B marketing master plan.
- Monitor and report on marketing performance, compiling campaign results, performance and analytics to inform future planning and optimization.
- Stay informed on regional and global F&B trends, competitor activity and emerging marketing tools, sharing relevant insights and recommendations with the team.
About You
The idea l candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in F&B or nightlife marketing, ideally within a multi-brand hospitality environment.
- Proven experience using digital marketing platforms, performance reporting and analytics to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working cross-functionally and reporting into senior management.
- Sound understanding of the UAE market, consumer behaviour, and regional hospitality trends.
- Fluency in English required; additional languages are an advantage.
