We are looking for a proactive, creative Marketing Executive – Real Estate to manage end-to-end marketing for property listings, projects, and brand visibility. The role focuses on newsletters, social media marketing, digital advertising, WhatsApp campaigns, and regular audits of the company’s website and social media platforms to drive qualified leads and support the sales team.

  • Real Estate Newsletter Marketing
  • Create and distribute newsletters featuring property listings, new launches, promotions, and market updates.
  • Coordinate with sales and leasing teams to gather updated inventory and offers.
  • Manage email databases and audience segmentation (buyers, investors, tenants).
  • Monitor campaign performance
  • Manage daily social media activities across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Create content highlighting property listings, walkthrough videos, reels, success stories, and market insights.
  • Maintain a content calendar aligned with project launches and sales targets.
  • Monitor inquiries, comments, and messages, and coordinate lead handover to the sales team.
  • Track engagement and optimize content based on performance.
  • Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns for property sales and leasing.
  • Manage Meta Ads, Google Ads, and property portal promotions.
  • Optimize ads for lead generation and conversion.
  • Execute WhatsApp broadcast campaigns for property launches, open houses, and promotions.
  • Manage contact databases in compliance with UAE regulations.
  • Track responses, inquiries, and leads generated.
  • Coordinate closely with the sales team for timely follow-ups.
  • Conduct regular audits of the company website to ensure:
  • Accurate property listings and pricing
  • Updated project details, banners, and promotions
  • SEO-friendly content and landing pages
  • Audit social media profiles to ensure branding consistency and optimized bios.
  • Analyze website and social media analytics and prepare performance reports
