Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic Junior Marketing Executive to join our team for a full-time, on-site position located in Dubai. The role includes assisting with market research, developing marketing plans, implementing marketing campaigns, and providing support for sales initiatives. Responsibilities also include collaborating across teams to enhance communication strategies and ensure alignment with brand goals, while continuously monitoring market trends to enhance overall business performance.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Market Planning and Market Research, with the ability to analyze trends and consumer behavior.
• Strong Communication skills, including developing compelling messaging and facilitating collaboration.
• Knowledge of Sales and Marketing, with a focus on creating and executing campaigns that drive results.
• A proactive and goal-oriented mindset, with a talent for team collaboration and meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency in the use of marketing tools and software is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
