We are currently looking for a qualified and patient-focused OPD Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing outpatient operations, ensuring smooth patient flow, and maintaining high standards of clinical coordination.


Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate daily OPD operations
• Ensure smooth patient flow and efficient scheduling
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and administrative teams
• Handle patient escalations and ensure high-quality service
• Support clinical decision-making when required
• Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and protocols
• Monitor and enhance patient experience



Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine or pharmacy
• 2+ years of experience in hospitals or clinics
•   Previous experience in same role for more than one year
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage operations efficiently
• Excellent command of English
