KEY DUTIES: The Patient Relations Officer assists patients and families to give proper health care facilities to ensure quality care and good customer service. QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS: • UAE national with family book • Diploma in Business Administration • Minimum of 1-year experience in the same industry is preferred, however fresh candidates can apply as well • Knowledgeable ideas about hospital services. • Pleasing personality and telephone manners. • Must be computer literate
