Research & Scholarship
- Conduct original, high-impact research in Finance, Accounting, or related areas.
- Design and lead independent research projects; publish in reputable, peer-reviewed journals.
- Present at international conferences and seek external research funding.
- Collaborate with academic, industry, and community partners on applied and interdisciplinary research initiatives.
Teaching & Supervision
- Deliver undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses
- Apply innovative teaching pedagogies, including blended and experiential learning.
- Supervise student research projects, dissertations, and internships.
Service & Academic Leadership
- Contribute to curriculum development, program review, and continuous improvement aligned with AACSB and national accreditation frameworks.
- Participate actively in departmental committees, student engagement, and institutional service.
- Support the strategic development of the College of Business Administration through research, outreach, and academic leadership.
Qualifications And Requirements
- PhD in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related discipline from an accredited university.
- A strong and consistent record of publications in internationally recognized, peer-reviewed journals (Scopus, ABDC, or equivalent).
- Demonstrated university-level teaching excellence and commitment to student-centered learning.
- Experience with AACSB, EQUIS, or other international accreditation standards is highly desirable.
