PODIATRIST

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Podiatrist who meets the following requirements:

• Valid DOH License to practice in Abu Dhabi
• Relevant professional experience in Podiatry
• Strong knowledge of podiatric assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and patient management
• Experience in evaluating and treating a range of foot and lower-limb conditions
• Ability to provide appropriate clinical advice and develop individualized treatment plans
• Good understanding of infection control, patient safety, and clinical standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and professional approach toward patients
• Ability to work effectively with physicians, nurses, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care and professional ethics

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The selected candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality podiatric care to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, follow-up, and preventive care.

Key responsibilities may include:

• Conducting comprehensive podiatric assessments
• Diagnosing and managing common foot and lower-limb conditions
• Providing appropriate treatment and preventive care
• Managing patients with chronic and complex foot conditions
• Advising patients on foot health, hygiene, footwear, and preventive measures
• Developing individualized treatment and care plans
• Monitoring patient progress and arranging appropriate follow-up
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
• Following hospital policies, clinical guidelines, infection-control procedures, and patient-safety standards
• Maintaining professional development and staying updated with current clinical practices
