Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Provide home-based nursing care
• Support clients with daily living and medical needs
• Work under supervision of registered nurses
• Ensure patient safety and comfort
Requirements:
• Nursing qualification (preferred)
• Valid DHA/MOH license (preferred)
• Previous home care / long-term care experience (preferred)
• Good communication and empathy
