Job description

Report to a Project Manager, the candidate will support the efficient execution of the projects to ensure that it is delivered within schedule, cost, and in accordance with the project quality and HSE standards.

  • Promote safe behavior’s at all times.
  • Support the management and reporting of both budget and schedule on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Identification and resolution of project issues at the earliest opportunity.
  • Exercise control over manpower and material resources in order to complete the project within budget, schedule, quality, and HSE requirements.
  • Generating reports required to complete projects (NOCs, daily/weekly reports, material approval, etc.)
  • In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and relevant regulations and codes.
  • Collaborate with the project team to develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with relevant regulations and quality standards.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, drawings, specifications, and change orders.
  • Collaborate with Project engineers, technical office team, etc.
  • Lead Weekly Meetings with Clients representatives and Consultants.
  • Achieve Company Principals and Target.
  • Manage Company Resources and assure its well-used.
  • High – organized, capable of working under pressure with multi – task assignments.

Skills / Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in CIVIL ENGINEERING from an accredited university with 5 to 12 years experience in construction in GCC preferred.
  • Preferred who worked previously as a project engineer in Luxury Villa projects.
  • Experience of multi-discipline engineering interface.
  • Requires demonstrated ability to manage projects and have previously served in a similar position with experience in concrete and high end finishing works.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • HSE awareness and commitment
  • Sufficient computer skills (MS Office, AutoCAD, Primavera, etc.)
  • Familiar with rules and regulations of license applications
