We are currently seeking skilled and motivated Property Consultants and Senior Property Consultants to join our growing team in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about the real estate industry and ready to make an impact in a high-performance sales environment.
Primary Purpose
The Property Consultant will specialize in the sale of off-plan and primary market properties by representing leading developers, promoting new launches, and guiding clients through investment decisions. The role requires maintaining strong relationships with both developers and clients while ensuring a seamless sales experience from initial consultation to deal closure.
- Key ResponsibilitiesPromote and sell off-plan and primary market properties from local and international developers.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while understanding investment needs, preferences, and budgets.
- Conduct property presentations, virtual tours, and project briefings for prospective clients.
- Stay updated on project launches, payment plans, and promotional offers from major developers.
- Work closely with CRM and lead management systems to ensure timely follow-up and lead conversion.
- Coordinate with developers for unit availability, DLD forms, and project documentation.
- Attend launches, exhibitions, and events to represent PSI and generate new leads.
- Ensure compliance with RERA and company sales processes.
- Maintain accurate sales and lead records, providing timely updates to management.
- Report market feedback, client insights, and sales trends to management for strategy improvement.
- Take initiative to meet and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications and Experience
Experience:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Dubai’s real estate market, preferably in off-plan property sales.
- Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
