Job Description
Job Summary:
The Proposal Officer is responsible for managing client requirements, reviewing property documents, verifying details on maps and pricing high-quality proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Engagement & Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their property valuation and consultancy requirements.
Negotiating and following up on proposals and ensuring timely deal closure.
2. Proposal Development
Prepare accurate, detailed, and customised proposals for real estate valuation and building consultancy services.
Gather required documents and information from clients to support proposals.
Collaborate with internal teams (data, support, and valuation) to ensure completeness and accuracy.
3. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate records of clients, proposals, and transactions.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.
Coordinate internal processes for seamless handover of client requirements.
Support the team in automating workflows in internal software (Maxima).
Qualifications & Skills:
➤ Bachelor’s/ master’s degree in business administration, Real Estate, Finance, or related field.
➤ Proven experience in proposal writing, pricing, or client management.
➤ Knowledge of real estate and property valuation processes.
➤ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
