Public Relations Officer (PRO)
Position Overview
The Public Relations Officer (PRO) is responsible for managing all government-related processes and documentation, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws, immigration regulations, and company policies. The role requires strong communication skills, in-depth knowledge of government portals, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal departments and external authorities.
Key Responsibilities
Government Relations & Documentation
- Handle all visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and residency procedures for employees and dependents.
- Manage Emirates ID, medical test appointments, and related processes.
- Ensure timely processing of work permits, labor contracts, and company license renewals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE labor & immigration laws and ensure full compliance.
Government Portal Management
- Operate and manage portals such as:
- MOHRE
- GDRFA
- ICP
- Dubai Trade
- Municipality, Civil Defense, and other regulatory platforms
- Track status of applications and ensure timely follow-up.
Employee Support
- Assist employees with government-related requirements such as:
- Driving license procedures
- Visa transfer processes
- Dependent sponsorship
- Fines, overstay issues, and documentation requirements
- Provide clear guidance and communication regarding deadlines and procedures.
Company Compliance & Legal Coordination
- Ensure the company complies with all UAE legal requirements for operations.
- Maintain accurate records of all government transactions and corporate documents.
- Coordinate with legal advisers when required for special cases or compliance updates.
Liaison & Representation
- Represent the company at government offices, ministries, and official entities.
- Build strong relationships with government officials to facilitate smooth processing.
- Respond to government inquiries and inspections when needed.
Skills & Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3–5 years of UAE PRO/government relations experience.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, immigration regulations, and government portals.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an added advantage).
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred/required).

Salary Package is 5,000 to 6,000
