Spectrom Cleaning Services, one of Dubai’s leading professional cleaning companies, is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Collection Agent to join our growing team.
🔹 ROLE OVERVIEW
You will be responsible for managing client outstanding payments, following up on dues, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the accounts team with collection-related reporting.
🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and ensure timely collection from clients
• Maintain and update payment records and collection trackers in Excel
• Coordinate with the operations and accounts team on billing queries
• Prepare weekly and monthly collection reports for management
• Handle client communication professionally regarding payment matters
• Reconcile payments received against invoices issued
• Flag overdue accounts and escalate as required
🔹 REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, or a similar role
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas)
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously
• Prior experience in a service-based industry (cleaning, FM, hospitality) is a plus
• Must be based in Dubai
• Fluent in English and Hindi is an advantage
