Customer Service Representative
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day service support operations and ensure timely assistance to the valuation team and clients
- Coordinate with valuers, research, admin, and other departments to maintain an efficient workflow.
- Supervise support staff with site inspections, handling data collection, verification and documentation.
- Communicate with clients, agents, and stakeholders to obtain information and resolve queries.
- Ensure all processes and documentation follow company policies.
- Maintain organized digital records, databases, and valuation project files.
- Perform quality checks on documents to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational workflows and data management.
- Assist management with performance reports, trackers, and operational summaries.
- Support onboarding and training of new service support team members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Experience in operations, support services, or administrative roles.
- Real estate experience is a strong advantage.
- Good knowledge of UAE locations is preferred.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and digital workflow tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform under pressure.
