Customer Service Representative

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day service support operations and ensure timely assistance to the valuation team and clients
  • Coordinate with valuers, research, admin, and other departments to maintain an efficient workflow.
  • Supervise support staff with site inspections, handling data collection, verification and documentation.
  • Communicate with clients, agents, and stakeholders to obtain information and resolve queries.
  • Ensure all processes and documentation follow company policies.
  • Maintain organized digital records, databases, and valuation project files.
  • Perform quality checks on documents to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational workflows and data management.
  • Assist management with performance reports, trackers, and operational summaries.
  • Support onboarding and training of new service support team members.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Experience in operations, support services, or administrative roles.
  • Real estate experience is a strong advantage.
  • Good knowledge of UAE locations is preferred.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and digital workflow tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform under pressure.
