Ankabut is seeking a Sales Account Manager – K12 to join our Sales & Revenue team. This role is key in driving revenue growth by building lasting relationships, acquiring new clients, and expanding our footprint in the K12.
🌟 What You’ll Do
- **🔑 Key Responsibilities: **
- – **Account Management & Growth: **
- – Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- – Develop deep relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
- – Proactively identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities.
- – **New Business Development: **
- – Prospect and acquire new customers in k12 segments.
- – Maintain a healthy sales pipeline aligned to revenue targets.
- – Conduct consultative sales conversations to uncover client needs.
- – **Customer Engagement:**
- – Act as the primary contact for assigned accounts, ensuring clear communication.
- – Translate customer requirements into actionable deliverables.
- – Position Ankabut as a strategic partner in improving client operations and learner experiences.
- – **Collaboration & Reporting: **
- – Work with internal teams to ensure successful execution of client engagements.
- – Maintain accurate CRM records for tracking performance.
- – Report regularly on account status and opportunities to leadership.
🎓 What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
- Expats: 7+ years in sales with a strong track record of achieving targets.
- UAENationals: 3–5 years in sales or customer service.
- Proven experience in relationship management and closing deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
