We’re Hiring: Sales Account Manager – K12

📍 Location: Ankabut, UAE

📁 Department: Sales & Revenue

Ankabut is seeking a Sales Account Manager – K12 to join our Sales & Revenue team. This role is key in driving revenue growth by building lasting relationships, acquiring new clients, and expanding our footprint in the K12.

🌟 What You’ll Do

  • **🔑 Key Responsibilities: **
  • – **Account Management & Growth: **
  • – Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • – Develop deep relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • – Proactively identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities.
  • **New Business Development: **
  • – Prospect and acquire new customers in k12 segments.
  • – Maintain a healthy sales pipeline aligned to revenue targets.
  • – Conduct consultative sales conversations to uncover client needs.
  • **Customer Engagement:**
  • – Act as the primary contact for assigned accounts, ensuring clear communication.
  • – Translate customer requirements into actionable deliverables.
  • – Position Ankabut as a strategic partner in improving client operations and learner experiences.
  • **Collaboration & Reporting: **
  • – Work with internal teams to ensure successful execution of client engagements.
  • – Maintain accurate CRM records for tracking performance.
  • – Report regularly on account status and opportunities to leadership.

🎓 What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
  • Expats: 7+ years in sales with a strong track record of achieving targets.
  • UAENationals: 3–5 years in sales or customer service.
  • Proven experience in relationship management and closing deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
